Congratulations on your Defense Verdict!

It has been so busy for us around here latley! With the new baby, people visiting, drama with the landscapers I have not been able to update the blog regularly. However I could not pass up the opportunity to share this with all the family and tell Jared how proud I am of him! He works really hard and has had several defense verdicts but this one was posted on the his law firm website! The story is below....

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (April 17, 2008) -- McCormick Barstow attorney Jared P. Green successfully defended his client in a case involving a motor vehicle accident.

This case involved a minor motor vehicle accident that took place in Las Vegas, Nevada. While there were no reported injuries on the scene, all three plaintiffs presented themselves for chiropractic care. In addition to there being no clear liability for the accident, the plaintiffs each claimed $10,000 for injuries they claim resulted from the incident.

After two days in trial, the jury returned a defense verdict in favor of Mr. Green and his client. Mr. Green was able to convince the jury that his client was innocent of blame, and bore no responsibility for the accident. Additionally the jury found that Mr. Green’s client was not liable for paying for the chiropractic expenses incurred by the three plaintiffs.

Caleb Collage

Caleb has been growing and growing! He is a really sweet baby and has been a pretty good sleeper. We have had a busy month with lots of visitors etc... More pics of Owen and Caleb, real soon I hope.
