Trunk or Treating with our Utah cousins!
Owen was a little shy at first but once he figured out people would fill his pumpkin bucket with candy he decided to walk and join in the fun. I think he was missing his dad who was off fishing for the weekend with some friends! After trunk or treat we went and hung out with Aunt Debbie and Uncle Lane and helped pass out candy to their trick or treaters.

Moving AGAIN!

We are packing up and moving again! 3 months ago we moved from the first house we rented in Vegas to a temporary rental house while we continued looking for a house to buy. We finally decided to build! So, we are waiting for our new house to be completed, we are putting everything in storage and Owen and I are going to be staying in Utah and Jared will stay in Vegas at a friends to work and save money. A huge THANKS to anyone who has helped move this time, previous times and one more time from storage into our new house. We love you and could not have done it without your help. Also just so you know we will not be moving again for a very very long time, six times in 4 years is out of control and we cannot wait to be settled in. When and if we do move again we are waiting until we can pay someone to pack and move our stuff for us! Yeah!

Bowling Night

Jared's firm had a bowling for all the staff and families. Owen tried to bowl a few times but seemed to be more entertained by just running around like a wild man checking everything out. They reserved a private bowling room which was great to be able to let Owen run around without worrying about him getting to far.
Here is what Jared's boss sent out in an email the next day about Owen.

"To everyone that made an effort to come out to Bowling Night, thank you for making it such a fun event. I hope everyone had a good time, as I sure did. It was fun seeing all of the kids….and if there was a prize for the most energetic, I might have to give it to Jared's son, Owen. He was walking on the edge of the couches almost falling, trying to sneak sips of beer, eating other people's pizza and making his mom fall on the bowling lane....b/c he wanted to chase the ball to the pins. Sounds like Owen is taking after his dad! "

Owens second Birthday (October 7th) has come and gone faster than I ever thought it would. He had his birthday at his favorite park, it was a perfect 8o degrees and no wind! Yeah! The pizza, cake and presents came second to playing on the park for Owen and his friend Alec, they had a great time.

Its a Boy!

Initially I thought I might be having a girl due to how sick I have been in comparison to my pregnancy with Owen, but its been confirmed we are having another boy. We are really excited for Owen to have a little brother! plus we won't have to buy as many new clothes, though it would have been really fun to buy little girl clothes. Now is the difficult part.... trying to come up with another boy name.
